First round behavioral, second round case, third round day in the field. Once you make it through the case round, the day in the field is more or less just to see if you would like the work. The case is not terribly difficult, they had me look for selling opportunities for different coffee brews at a convenience store.

Interview
I met a couple of people from Altria at a career fair, knew nothing about the company, and had a great conversation with them. Got invited for an interview; first one went amazing. They informed me the next interview would be a panel interview and only last an hour. Well, it was a panel interview but no one told be it was also a case interview. I was incredibly unprepared. Checked all my emails looking for something informing me about this but nothing. 2 of the 3 interviewing me were very cold, didn't talk much and felt I was being judged by them. Other lady was cool.

I met an Altria employee at a career fair. They gave me information about the internship and asked a few questions. The employee was engaging and seemed interested to learn more about me and my background.
