Interview
Had a skype interview, then moved on to second round where I interviewed with two people and was asked behavioral questions and also role played. The third round was a day in the field where we visited 3 stores. The first store I observed, the second I was asked to perform some of the tasks I had observed in the first store and the last store was to sell to the store owner using the data. After every round during the interview process I asked when I would I have an answer by and when they would finally get back to me it was weeks after I was told I would know. After the third interview I was not emailed a single thing until 5 MONTHS later. This is just unprofessional to me.

3 steps - Behavioral, case study, and shadowing a manager. Very casual interview process. Focus on the STAR method and it'll be fine. For the case study you have to sell in a product by influencing the prospect with data and insights they provide
