Altria has a three part interview process. The first part is a screening interview. The questions were very simple, just basic question about yourself. The second part is a panel interview with at least 3 members of upper management. The questions are all behavioral. They also give questions that involve a situation. The last part is an in the field interview.

They gave me a situation about selling a specific product to a customer. The customer wanted to switched supplier and I had to come up with a sell story to keep her from switching.

3 steps - Behavioral, case study, and shadowing a manager. Very casual interview process. Focus on the STAR method and it'll be fine. For the case study you have to sell in a product by influencing the prospect with data and insights they provide
