Applied through college career website and dropped off resume at career fair. First round of interviews was straightforward behavioral questions combined with a mini-case regarding an ethical issue. They made a decision right then and there to invite me back for a second round the next day. The second round was more challenge business problem that you had to analyze and present to company reps. They then followed that with 3-4 more challenging behavioral questions.
