The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Altria in Nov 2009
Interview
I met the company at my school's career fair. They contacted me within a couple days asking for a 1 on 1 interview on campus. The interview was pretty casual, he asked me typical behavioral questions and just had me walk him through my resume. I thought I hesitated a lot, but I got a second interview so apparently I didn't do too poorly.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Altria in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview was done online. Was with a pre-recorded video. Threw the HireVue site it was very straight forward and not complicated to navigate at all. I really enjoyed the interview despite the fact I was nervous.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Altria in Nov 2013
Interview
I submitted my resume during a job fair and received an email a couple weeks later when Altria representatives were coming to campus. I had a first round interview with two sales managers from Altria, followed by a second round three days later with a panel of three Altira reps. The interviews were fine, and the people were very friendly and answered my questions well. The final round interview is a "Day in the Field" where you are taken out by two territory sales managers on their daily rounds. It was really interesting, and you gain a lot of experience in just the 8-9 hours of the day. I received a call with my offer a few days after my "Day in the Field".
