Star method, Glassdoor has spot on posts on what to expect as well as the company website at cantbeattheexperience.com Initial phone screening then a one on one then a panel interview with two managers. In addition you are required to work a half day or more in the field at your own expense. My manager was very frugal and did not even offer lunch or a coffee!
