I had an interview at my university first with 3 of the Altria's senior employees. Each employee asked a question that was behavioral oriented. The questions were not difficult as long as you prepared scenarios that you could use to describe situations or events that happened to you. After, I received a call for the on site tour. I was shown both the HQ and Manufacturing Center. During the tour you engaged in regular conversations with the employees. Then, they take you to lunch were they kind of ask you general questions about yourself.
