Started with a brief phone screening then Interviewed on campus at college with a Market Manager. Consisted of behavioral questions. Second interview was a panel (2-3 interviewers) with a role play of a sales scenario. Was given approx. 10 minutes to prep individually for role play based on scenario provided. Got a call the same day with a verbal offer. Interview also addresses the candidate’s comfort with the industry as an elephant in the room.
