The interview process was good, good overall experience. They made it seem like I got the job but I didn’t. 1 interview : thru hire View. Asking about specific situations, then zoom interview where you answer basic questions and role play after they give you 10 minutes to study a case and see the area of improvement. Field interview was interesting and unique . You do observation the first store, second store you make suggestions, third store you handle it on your own but they are observing and helping your pitch and asking good questions. Surprisingly, I didn’t get an offer coming form a sales background from Dell computers, and was a C store manager for 10 years, then a sales insurance agent And my current job is a counter sales manger at a rental company. They called me saying I didn’t get an offer but I am a gold applicant for future positions .whatever that means??? I think my ethnicity was a big factor in deciding
