Interview
First you must pass the first round interview which consists of basic screening questions to see if you have the basic qualifications for the position. Second, you will partake in a panel interview with three Altria employees. The panel interview is very tough. They grill you with question after question to get the very finest details of every example you give them. At the end they will ask you a situational question. My question was similar to the following; You work for an equipment sales company and you recieve a call from a client that hasnt purchased any equipment in years. He wants to purchase a very expensive piece of equipment from the company and he has full trust in the company to sell him a reliable piece of equipment, however, you know that the piece of equipment will be outdated in a few months. Do you sell him the equipment even tho it will be outdated in a few months and you know that he will lose a lot of money?
