Interview
I was interviewed by two people from Altria Client Services. They were very easy to talk to and we had a few laughs. We started off talking about the nice weather then got into the real questions. They were very thorough, made sure I understood everything, and were very helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

What was a time you had conflicting priorities and how did you manage it?
Normal standard questions that regarded why you wanted the position, thoughts on the work and things about yourself. Interviewers had a friendly disposition and it was easy to keep engaged.
It was a nice experience valued the STAR method in the interviews. Fun and great people to work with! In addition the pay is quite competitive compared to other engineering internships.

I was first contacted by the HR and asked for my availability.
I was then contacted by the department I was supposed to interview. I had 2 interviews. First was a phone call and second was a skype. Both of them took about an hour and were fairly average. Both were behavioral type.
