Altron Automation Mechanical Engineer interview questions

The interviewing process here was relatively straightforward. I was given a tour of the plant and was shown a variety of the equipment that the company builds. I was given an opportunity to guesstimate the number of hours required to design one of the machines and surprisingly came very close to the actual quoted budget. The actual interview itself was no more difficult or less difficult than any of the other interviews I’ve had in previous opportunities. I feel that they are trying to find people who are going to fit well with the culture that they are trying to foster within the company and that these hires will mesh well with the existing teams.
