The hiring process moves at a glacial pace. They have specific days they arrange their interviews to be completed, and if your schedule does not allow for those days, they will have to arrange a special date to meet with their interview team. They will interview you in a round robin style with three or more interviewers. It typically takes anywhere from 45 minutes to over 1 hour. The callback and determination length of wait is quite a bit - can be up to three weeks before they make their determination. They will call your current employer for employment verification prior to your interview, so be prepared for your current boss to have questions for you. Their questions are meant to be answered in three parts: Situation, what steps you personally took, and how was it resolved.
