I have a phone interview and a take home.
Their take home is basically the same question as in their application. Then another interview going over the take home. I am not sure how this goes but I was rejected the offer based on "they want someone with more technical experience". This is not a great answer consider all the interview has nothing to do with coding. Except the take home which is a case study. It seems to me there is nothing they based on , on the feedback. Also on the aspect of quant stuff, the interviewer seems to lack knowledge in the space. It feels to me they are looking mainly for software developer. If they can't figure out the difference, it is hard for them to find the right candidate.
