I applied on online April 10, 2024. Recruiter got back to me on April 16th and scheduled a 30 min phone screen on April 22nd. Easy standard star questions, and I was told that I made it to the next round with the hiring managers. Zoom interview with two hiring managers asking standard star questions as well. It was all fine until after the interview. One month later, heard absolutely no feedback. I reached out to the recruiter who said the role had been filled but a replacement role was in the works and I would be considered for that. After waiting another week I was informed I was declined to the replacement role. You are clearly just a cog in the machine at fidelity. What initially seemed like a great interview experience was turned sour with very poor communication. Seems to be a common theme with other interview reviews left here.
