I began the application process on July 7, 2025. I received a call on July 16 about the position and felt optimistic about the company and the process. After the call, I was instructed to email another copy of my resume, which I did, and I included a cover letter as well. On August 4, 2025, I had my first formal interview, which I felt went very well. From there, however, things got a bit hairy. I was sent a take-home assessment on August 6, 2025, which I completed and returned the same day; it consisted of three situational-based questions. I was initially very optimistic about the opportunity to work with a startup, and I believe my interviews went well. However, it has been disheartening not to receive any follow-up or even a rejection letter at this point.
