Lethargic Hiring Process . The process took more than two months and the company didn’t respond properly even after clearing two rounds of interviews and a written test. The company’s HRs appeared completely unaware of whether their company really wants to hire. After letting me know that you are through to the final round, I didn’t receive any call for the same. I had to drop an email after which the HR fixed the next round of interview in a hush. The interviewer asked questions similar to round 1 which I had already answered in detail and even the test that I had cleared had the same questions. Wondered what that interviewer was trying. The HR then never showed up. I had to withdraw my candidature as the process was lethargic and draining with first yes from 1st HR, on hold from 2nd HR and then no clarity from 3rd HR. Don’t know if that assignment was really a test or they wanted some work of their’s done that also included designing that isn’t a content manager’s role to design the graphics as well. Will avoid this company in the future as well.
