introductory phonecall was done first by the HR recruiter. Talking about the role and basic introduction. A meeting was scheduled with senior HR. The interview was again very basic of 7 mins. A bit unprofessional since the senior HR was driving and wasnt really paying attention. The last round was telephonic Interview with basic knowledge about the field. Overall, the process seemed unprofessional and basic with no proper feedback even after asking on mail. It was almost as if they didn't want to select anyone and it was formality.
