Interview process was ok but extremely slow. Recruiter who was responsible for scheduling was all over the place and not responsive at all. After 6 rounds of interview with senior directors, Senior VPs, COO, CEO and Head of recruitment I was told I have passed all rounds and would call me for one final in person interview. It has been 4 weeks since then and ignored all means of communication. Selecting a candidate after interview is choice of interviewer but ghosting someone after 6 round of interview without any courtesy email shows the culture of company. I would strongly suggest getting better recruitment team and be more professional.
