They've retained TalentMinded as a recruiting company, who seem to have no idea what they're doing or looking for. Late to interviews and just skim through your resume, and don't listen to your responses. Feels like they're just doing phone calls to keep a count for billing purposes

Interview
There was a phone interview with the recruiter followed up by 2 face-to-face interviews on site. Interviews were scheduled quickly and easily - no real issues. Office in Toronto were easy to find and very close to Union Station for commuting purposes.
