3 stages of interview, one initial phone call, then two more with hiring managers. They asked about what experience I had, what I wanted from my career. Asked about different roles I had at other companies and what kind of client to expect

Had two interviews, first was with their HR representative to understand my background more, second interview was with the senior manager for that department. Both interviews were interactive and fine, however they provide no detail on the interview process, neither do they answer your emails after your interview. I received no update on my application proceed so I decided to email the HR rep to see if they filled the roll or were still interviewing candidates, got zero response after 3 emails. So unprofessional.

Hiring manager connected 2 weeks ago for a telephone interview. Took 2 weeks to schedule one. Called 30 mins before to say time scheduled did not work. I called ahead. Interview lasted all of 30 seconds. Asked how I had come to know of the position. Asked if I had Security clearance(this was not stated anywhere in the job description). Said that was the deal breaker. Hung up.
