Interview
The interview process was through the company's contracted recruitment firm. The screening interview was approximately an hour long and focused largely on behavioural competencies for the first half. The recruiter then asked me to explain my past experience and how it has motivated me to apply for this position. The latter portion of the interview surrounded some obscure questions and thought experiments.

Had a phone screener followed by two in-person interviews. Very straightforward and laid back, felt more like a conversation. They explained the role, and asked how my skills would fit into it.
