It was a video interview where there were automated questions and I would record my responses. From there it was sent to them to review. Overall I did not enjoy the format.

They asked me why I wanted to work for Altus group.
First round was behavioral, second was round more technical but not too bad. Never heard back from the company so had to assume I didn’t get the position. Otherwise, pretty simple interview process
Behavioral interview with generic questions in regard to the role. Relatively easy, then an excel test. I aced it and then received an automated rejection email a few days after.
