Interview
Actually interviewed for this role twice, rated neutral because of the varying experiences. First time, great experience. Applied > video interview > sent my transcript > in person interview with two managers, lasted about 1.5 hours... followed up with HR but never received the official communication that they were hiring another candidate. I saw the role some months later and had gained some more relevant experience, so I applied again... Terrible experience. The interview lasted probably 20 minutes. It was with 4 people via zoom, nobody had their cameras turned on, one interviewer was 15 minutes late, and one interviewer was actually in his car hung up early. They were rude, condescending, and inconsiderate of my time... won't even go into the specifics of how they spoke to me.
The interview process was fair. There were only four rounds, which I thought was a positive. I didn't end up getting the job and was disappointed in the moment, but after reflecting, I messed up a couple crucial questions in the final round.
