Interview
Interview was done on HireView and consisted on 9 questions in which you were given 3 attempts to record a video and 3 minutes per question to respond. The questions were very fair and straightforward to answer with only a couple being technical.

Interview
There are two parts to this interview:
1. Phone Screening Call
2. An Interview with the Hiring Manager and their Assistant
3. An Excel Test to be completed in 90 minutes. They will forward you a Word Document with instructions and an Excel Spreadsheet.

The phone interview was normal in my opinion, it got weird in the actual interview.
Interview with the Hiring Manager:
This was conversational. The role itself focused primarily on American properties so they asked if I could put my education on hold.
Warning: They also asked if I was vaccinated. In my opinion, I don't think this should be asked during an interview especially when they didn't have a reopening plan in place. This question should have been reserved when an offer is in place. I don't think it's good practice to be asking candidates if they are vaccinated, they have a right to ask employees though.
The Excel Test:
Know how to calculate FV
VLookup Function, you could probably also do X Lookup
You will also have to writeup a thought process on which commercial investment might be beneficial
