You will get telephone calls from an outside HR source who conducts the screening, pre interviews, and interviews. The recruiter will eventually schedule you for an interview with the senior personnel from the office. I went face-to-face in a conference room but now I think I heard they will conduct the first interview via Skype or Zoom and then later face-to-face if needed.

Nothing hard. Just asked questions about myself and my experience in real estate.
First round was behavioral, second was round more technical but not too bad. Never heard back from the company so had to assume I didn’t get the position. Otherwise, pretty simple interview process
Behavioral interview with generic questions in regard to the role. Relatively easy, then an excel test. I aced it and then received an automated rejection email a few days after.
The first step of the process was a digital interview where you answer questions from the portal. The second step was a video interview with the hiring manager to discuss the role, salary, and experiences.
