Interviews went great, made it to the final interview, and was even asked if I would be interested in a more senior role given my qualifications. HR told me they would get back to me by the end of the following week. That week came and went, and so did the next. I sent a quick email asking about the role to both HR and the hiring manager and both ignored me. Obviously I'm disappointed I didn't get the role, but they didn't have to ghost me like that—it was pretty hurtful and I certainly won't be looking at other opportunities at this company.
