Altus Group did on-campus recruiting at my university. Two members were sent to campus to interview students for the first round. If successful, the candidate is invited to the office for half a day of interviews with other members of the company.

Very Poor communication. Had to reach out multiple times to get a response. Seemed from the interview process that they have very high turnover and have trouble retaining talent. Pay is also much lower than what it should be
