I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Altus Group (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2014
Interview
The interview was conducted by my hiring manager and senior director. No technical questions were asked as the interview mostly focused on explaining the job responsibilities. They were more interested if I was willing to learn on the fly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked if I was willing to be trained by another analyst as the manager did not have time for me.
First round was behavioral, second was round more technical but not too bad. Never heard back from the company so had to assume I didn’t get the position. Otherwise, pretty simple interview process
Behavioral interview with generic questions in regard to the role. Relatively easy, then an excel test. I aced it and then received an automated rejection email a few days after.
The first step of the process was a digital interview where you answer questions from the portal. The second step was a video interview with the hiring manager to discuss the role, salary, and experiences.
