The interview involved answering written questions and recording video responses to technical questions in an automated system. The process was clear and the questions were easy. I did not move on to the next stage.
Applied online. I had to complete a one-way interview recording, answering 13 behavioral and data science questions. In the second phase, I received an online coding assessment, consisting SQL and leetcode style problems. For the third phase, a recruiter reached out and scheduled a live, one-hour data science coding interview related to real estate. The interviewer, who was also a data scientist, had poor communication and interpersonal skills — he couldn’t clearly describe the problem or respond properly to follow-up questions. After the coding phase, I was ghosted!
