Alvarez & Marsal Manager interview questions

1. Technical Interview consisting of case study and questions, laptop and excel provided. Time allotment is around 2 hours. Case study revolves around a prospective client's financials and developments, and requires one to identify issues and adjustments to brief a partner. 2. Follow-up discussion with interviewers on issues identified and possible adjustments.

Very straightforward, included a case interview and two behavioral interviews, one more focused on general fit and one more focused on situational responses. Encouraged to get to know the interviewers by looking them up when possible and coming prepared with relevant questions for them.
