The interview process consisted of 4 phone interviews. One with the recruiter. Then one with my direct manager and then one with each of the team leads. They asked several questions about my experience with their solution and put me through scenarios to ensure i was comfortable enough with the product coming in. they were very clear that this was not a first job. The expectation was that you were comfortable with the Aspect/Alvaria solution coming in.
