1st interview: Literally 2min 32seconds phone screen, asked me if I had any questions about the position. I asked a couple basic questions about the role and was told I should save all those for the hiring manger??? Then told me they would call me back if I was a good fit and move me onto next steps 0 purpose or information 2nd interview: Scheduled a week later 40min video interview with hiring manager, went great, super easy and straight to the point, actually had some fun talking about recruiting strategies 3rd interview: 1 week later video interview with manager's manager; lasted 18-20mins, person was hardly paying attention (too busy checking work email), like no eye contact. Has me go through my resume, got caught up on things that weren't even on my resume I graduated over 5 years ago and they were asking what I did after I graduated and why my degree is different than what I do now (even though been recruiting for past few years) Also barely asked me about my skillset and how I would be a fit for the role. Asked very opened questions, what I like about recruiting, what I don't like about recruiting. Ended the interview abruptly and then 3-4 days later received anonymous robot LinkedIn message "thank you for your interest, unfortunately we will not be moving forward with your application". With 0 follow up or feedback from any alvaria team member
