Straightforward talking about processes, communication style, examples of previous experiences. The interviews consisted of recruiter, hiring manager and a peer manager to understand working style. There were questions about interacting with other peers, and handling projects from others.

How do you feel about handling 25+ projects at a time?
Interviewed with another PM for over an hour. Spent most of the time listening to them talk about the role and their experiences. They probably took this approach to see if they had a hunch to hire me. After the interview I was told I'd hear back from them in the form of a second interview then they ghosted me. Pathetic
