Alvaria interview questions

The process was virtually painless. I explained my timeline. They conducted the first 2 interviews in the same day, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. The 3rd interview was next-day. Very smooth and quick.

Initial phone screening followed by a second interview with hiring manager. The initial recruiter was nice enough, but the hiring manager was very rude and seemed uninterested as soon as the camera turned on. I still continued the interview, but it was a very awkward experience where she told me the answers to her questions sounded too generic. I asked her if I should be following up with her, to which she said a recruiter would get back to me. Even though I could tell his social cues she wasn’t interested in proceeding, why lie? I guess the company reviews about internal issues is right on par and it was a blessing in disguise.
