      Customer Support Representative Interview

      Nov 4, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alyce in Oct 2021

      Interview

Initial application wasn't complicated, and first interview went well with a friendly People Ops Rep. Second interview with the manager seemed to be fine also, but I could already see it not working out. As I learned more about the company, I realized the pay was on the lowest end of being competitive, compared with two other companies I was interviewing with at the same time. The final straw was never hearing back after the second interview- not even an email rejection. Unless their hiring process involves 2-3 weeks between interviews, I assume they've moved on without updating me. If the salary hadn't convinced me to move on, the way they treat applicants who've put in multiple interviews' worth of free time definitely did.
