AmTrust Outsourcing Manager interview questions

The first virtual interview was very pleasant and conversational. The interviewer acknowledged my rationale for seeking a new opportunity and my frustration with a previous manager who limited development with a “stay in your lane” approach. We discussed my CV in detail, and she outlined her role and the expertise the team was looking for. The second interview was conducted by a two-person panel. It consisted of competency-based questions, which I found fair and reasonable, along with probing questions about my past experience—presumably to confirm my direct involvement and familiarity with project details. While more formal than the first, the personalities of both interviewers were evident and engaging.
