I thoroughly enjoyed my interview at AmaWaterways. The individual(s) that interviewed me have such a passion for the tourism and hospitality field. They appear to prefer an individual that has previous luxury hospitality experience. But, I also see they are very willing to train their employees to be the very best for their company. Call center experience is definitely a plus if you have it. I was a bit nervous that since I had no call center experience that I wouldn't be offered the job. Office was really easy to find and there was parking available (no metered parking or parking garage). Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to drive to Calabasas.
