I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amadeus (Miami, FL) in Jul 2022
Interview
Supervisor for the position reached out to me to schedule the interview. Provided deveral times to select from and was requested to select from available times or provide alternatives.
Interview seemed to go well. Person interviewing me said I asked some questions that they had not been asked before. Got the impression that it would be a long hiring process as they had many applicants for the position.
Had previously applied and been ghosted. This time, I got an email saying after reviewing my application, they wouldn't be moving forward. I'm very tired iof companies not even taking the time to acknowledge the time I spent interviewing. If you could tell basesd on my application that I'm not a good fit, why did you waste my time with an interview? I get this is your standard blow off, but please do better.
