It was a very informal and laid back process. I believe it will be different in each region and depend on who is interviewing and their personal style as this is a franchise.
Super easy interview and easy process I got accepted the same day and already working by next week. They send you everything you need to start giving your classes. They do a background check
The process consisted of phone call style interview and the employeer was very kind. Wanted to know my previous experiences related to teaching/working with children and if I see myself fit the roles they had to offer.
