Online Resume Submission, telephone pre-screening one day later. Met with manager the next day. Interview seemed to go well. Said the owner would need to meet for the final ok & sent me a "personality test" which is an online questionnaire by a third-party company (lots of repetitive questions, IQ type questions, etc.) Didn't hear back.

Are you a certified by the state with a cosmetology or esthetician license?
They are very informative worndrrful and it is a unique experience to work there. Demanding but worth it to practice your craft. I think it wasn’t a horribly long time until hearing back at all. You speak to the manager then owners then you’re hired if you’re the right fit.
