i was interviewed for 30 mins. I got the job! Within a month, I notice that owner Desiree Orr was not respectful of my time and my other job. i had to quite my 1st job just to work there because she wouldn't keep my schedule how i wanted it! So she switched me to a different location and basically said f what u have going on, its my way or no way. So I did what i had to do, i relocated to, and yes it was closer BUT my hours were not what i wanted or could handle. I was never ask could i switch it i was told to do so. The front desk girls never have the supplies fill in the bags for stylists AND the lash board wasn't filled in the delray location. So i'm always in the rush to get step up and to get my clients in the chair! The accident occur on july 2, 2016. She fired me the day of the car accident on my way to work. I made it to work after the horrible situation and got fired because i couldn't stay and hour later. the front desk girls never said i had to stay later when i clocked in. Mind you i stay in fort lauderdale, i had spend money getting my car from the accident scene in delray off linton and get it back here on a tow truck. I had no choice but to leave because I had to make appointment to get my car out of there lot. AND then i had to get AAA to tow it to fort lauderdale, all because the towing place in boyton wanted to charge me $600. I GOT GOT by towing place in Boyton for all my money just to tow it to there place, i spent $303. They charged me to hook it to the towing truck, just because it was the 4th of july weekend, and just the towing fee itself. So now i'm out of a job and money! So yea Im one pissed of anger person and i wish the company and the so called wanan be owner that dont know how to talk to ppl or know how to run any business get whatever they deserve! P.L.

Very Simple and to the point. First was a virtual interview via Zoom where they asked about your experience, why you would like to work with the company and your goals. Second was an evaluation with the trainers present to observe your lash technique.

Are you a certified by the state with a cosmetology or esthetician license?
They are very informative worndrrful and it is a unique experience to work there. Demanding but worth it to practice your craft. I think it wasn’t a horribly long time until hearing back at all. You speak to the manager then owners then you’re hired if you’re the right fit.
