I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Amazing Lash Studio (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
The interview process itself was very easy. The manager didn't ask any probing questions. Very generic. That should have been the red flag.
They are desperate for stylists and don't care too much about our experience. As long as your a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist, you're good!
You are not technically hired until you complete the initial days of training to see if you're a good fit and can learn the technique. The trainers at this location were very unprofessional and did not follow company policies. The training for the lashes was about 2 hours. The first 20 minutes we were told what to do, the rest of the time our trainer was playing on her phone while we practiced.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazing Lash Studio (Garland, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
Smooth, and offers training. She asked all the basic questions. Including sales, transportation, goals, and work life balance, and is very flexible with the hours and what I wanted for myself
I interviewed at Amazing Lash Studio (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Very Simple and to the point. First was a virtual interview via Zoom where they asked about your experience, why you would like to work with the company and your goals. Second was an evaluation with the trainers present to observe your lash technique.

Question 1
Are you a certified by the state with a cosmetology or esthetician license?
They are very informative worndrrful and it is a unique experience to work there. Demanding but worth it to practice your craft. I think it wasn’t a horribly long time until hearing back at all. You speak to the manager then owners then you’re hired if you’re the right fit.
