Interview
They reached out to me thru Instagram, I replied and scheduled a phone interview with a hiring manager. The day and time came around for the interview... she never called me.. I had to call her and have the receptionist leave a message. Anyways.. We evenutally did the interview and it was very rushed.. She invited me for a second interview in the studio.. I showed up 10 min early and she had me waiting in the lobby for about 20 minutes until she finally got around to bring me back for my interview.. The whole time she made it seem like I got the job and just had to do one more interview with the franchise owner. She told me that right after the interview she would be emailing her to reach out to me to schedule the interview.. a few days later still no email.. so I reach out to her once again and that time I got a reply immediately... After that interview we emailed a couple times..She made it seem as though I'd gotten the job telling me when training would be and how the work day would look.. after a few weeks of waiting to hear back.. the manager sent me an email and told me she was "waiting to hear from my references" and when I replied asking if she wanted me to reach out to them I got no reply. A few days pass and I see they posted a story of their "New Hire" ... Don't even bother applying to this place, they're a messy joke and I regret ever wasting my time with them.
The interview was done before they started taking clients. We had the interview right in the front lobby. Nothing fancy and the manager asked very basic questions. I think they were more focused on personality than skill.

They call you on the phone tell you that they'll train you that it's this lovely work environment that is helpful and growing your skills as well as compensating you. Then you come in for the interview they ask you you know few questions and they don't really give a whole whole lot of information other than the fact that they're going to train you. They never told me that there was an orientation before training and they never went over any guidelines as far as a contract and owing any money was concerned prior to signing all of these different pieces of paper
