They basically tell you want you want to her. Make it seem like your going to make $26 an hour including the $9 an hour with no experience. But in reality your not. If you have no experience they pay you $9.00 hourly then you go to training for about 4 days do a couple of models then you do clients... oh yes & they make you sign a 2 year contract saying you won't work around the houston area doing lashes if you quit . Even with full time job & good tips the most you will make is about $1300.00 including everything retail commission Getting people to upgrade services members ships all that. They'll work you back to back with no break. Wished I hadn't worked there waste of time!!!

I interviewed at Amazing Lash Studio (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Very Simple and to the point. First was a virtual interview via Zoom where they asked about your experience, why you would like to work with the company and your goals. Second was an evaluation with the trainers present to observe your lash technique.

Question 1
Are you a certified by the state with a cosmetology or esthetician license?
They are very informative worndrrful and it is a unique experience to work there. Demanding but worth it to practice your craft. I think it wasn’t a horribly long time until hearing back at all. You speak to the manager then owners then you’re hired if you’re the right fit.
