Interview
Two back to back interviews with different AM, based across the country.
Format of interview: STAR
It's a pretty straightforward process. They introduce themselves, you introduce yourself, and they ask you 2-3 behavioral based interview questions they expect you to answer in the STAR format. Many examples can be found online. They are interested in your experiences and will ask you to expand on your answers to get a feel for you.
After that, you get a small break, and go through the same process with another AM.
They talk it over, and decide if they want to continue with you through the hiring process.
