Amazon Content Editor interview questions

Was totally underwhelmed by offices - I could have seen myself apologising to visitors for the cold, box like interior. Overall very strange experience. Was interviewing for the position of Content Editor, which turned out to be more like a product manager role but wasn't told anything about the job. Applied on-line, then got sent through a spelling and grammar test. Then was invited to go to an interview with less than 24 hours notice and told to prepare some visuals and bring a portfolio. Upon arrival was left alone in a room overlooking bins. One of the Product Managers came in and explained what I had to do and apologised for the badly written style guide. I then had 30 mins to complete the test. Found style guide as clear as mud and there was no-one to ask nor could I refer to the website to check how things are capped etc. Thought I did reasonably okay. The Product Manager returned with a rucksack with my name on, which contained an excel spreadsheet and I had 20 mins to organise into data to identify promotions eg most profitable, stock which needs shifting etc. Was just finishing when manager returned told me I had failed first test, took laptop off me and asked me to leave. Tried to extract what I had failed on, but she just said, 'We've got really high expectations and you've only got to get a couple of little things wrong." So I exited into rainy Slough, bewildered and annoyed at wasting 6 hours prepping an excellent presentation that no-one was ever going to see. Strangely relieved didn't get job though - maybe it was the hideous offices.
