There was no interview. It was a digital sign-up and onboarding process. The training videos were poorly done and the app was poorly made at first. In fact, it's still pretty bad, but it's gotten marginally better in mostly unnoticeable and subjective ways.

It was an easy process one interview there were no a lot of questions it was mainly asking about my available and the hours and filling out papers. It took longer to drive than the interview
The process was easy even though you may be put on a wait list for a certain amount of time. It's easy to get into though. Just about anyone can get in if you have a license.
