I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Amherst, MA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I went to an information session. There is an application online. I had to do some long survey. The I had to do a phone interview. Then there was an in person interview. Then I got accepted. There was no communication over the summer.
In person and via phone, manager did not arrive on time in person. Working at the locker hub was enjoyable, but there were a number of people to report to who were never on site. I barely saw the manager that interviewed me in the 4 years I worked there.
