Applied without referral. Got an invitation for an online assessment 2 weeks after my application, then another 2 weeks for a phone screening. The last step was 3 technical interviews, the last interview was a discussion with the manager if the team I was interviewing for.

The questions mainly focused on DSA, problem-solving, and core technical concepts. The discussions were engaging and provided a good opportunity to demonstrate technical skills. Overall, the process was well-structured, smooth, transparent, and a very positive experience.
